Is there anything we can do to repair it ourselves or do we need to take it to a dealer? The caravan was serviced recently which I understand includes tensioning of the blinds as part of it. Re-fit the roller and blind into the cassette, tension it up a lttle, re-fit the cassette on to the top of the side rails and screw it back on to the caravan wall.
