WebThis documentary confirmed much of what I’ve learned through a year of more healthy choices. Little or no dairy or eggs. Oh, and regular exercise. Bottom line? Have lost 70 pounds without really trying. No craving for processed sugar or other “bad” food. Instead I want kale and Brussels sprouts! My skin has a glow. Sleep much better.
